I can help your organization get ready for the next phase, whether that means from start-up to expansion or scale up, or from large to agile. My engagement always begins with a discovery phase that starts with conversations with a steering committee or design team, then broadens to a cross-section of the members of the organization (board and staff), before narrowing down to key themes that have emerged and need attention or action.
Depending on the themes or actions revealed by the discovery phase, we can discuss how to proceed, whether through co-creation of a vision and strategy, streamlining management processes, or building staff capacity around communication or other topics. Additional resources can come into play as needed from my coaching and facilitation communities of practice.
